EXL is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Coordinator to join its Survey and Risk Control team. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and providing exceptional service while working from home.

The successful candidate will communicate with insurance policyholders, coordinate appraisal appointments, assist homeowners with EXL’s self-survey application, and maintain accurate work order records. Key Responsibilities:

• Contact insurance policyholders via phone, SMS, and email to schedule appraisal appointments.

• Explain the purpose of insurance appraisals while addressing customer questions and concerns.

• Assist homeowners with installing and using the ASSIST self-survey mobile application.

• Provide technical guidance and customer support throughout the survey process.

• Maintain accurate work order statuses and update internal systems.

• Prioritize assignments to meet deadlines and productivity goals.

• Report unusual situations or issues to management when necessary.

• Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Strong technology skills with the ability to assist customers using mobile applications.

• High emotional intelligence with effective listening and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to organize work, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
