Our client, a prominent organization in the real estate industry based in Dubai, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support their growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent in the real estate sector.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and create job descriptions.
• Utilize various sourcing channels, including social media and job boards, to identify candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews.
