Description:
An international freight forwarding company is looking for experienced Operations Staff to join its Dubai office. This is an excellent opportunity for logistics professionals with hands-on experience in freight forwarding operations, import and export procedures, and shipping documentation.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating daily shipment operations, ensuring smooth cargo movement, and maintaining accurate documentation. Applicants with relevant UAE freight forwarding experience and strong coordination skills are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day import and export operations.
• Prepare and process freight forwarding documentation accurately.
• Coordinate shipments with customers, shipping lines, and logistics partners.
• Handle DDU, DDP, DAP, and Free Hand shipment operations.
• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues promptly.
• Ensure compliance with freight forwarding procedures and company standards.
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
• 2–3 years of UAE experience in freight forwarding operations.
• Strong experience in import and export operations.
• Good knowledge of freight forwarding procedures and documentation.
• Experience handling DDU, DDP, DAP, and Free Hand shipments.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Self-driven, responsible, and able to work independently.
