Oscar Health is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its Member and Provider Services team. This remote position is open to candidates residing in Georgia and focuses on delivering excellent customer support while managing daily healthcare insurance operations.

The successful candidate will handle customer interactions, back-office tasks, assigned cases, and service requests while ensuring quality, productivity, and compliance standards are maintained. This role is ideal for individuals with healthcare experience and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a strong understanding of Oscar’s processes, procedures, and operational tools.

• Support members, brokers, providers, and vendors through multiple communication channels.

• Manage assigned cases while maintaining service quality, productivity, and turnaround expectations.

• Build effective working relationships with internal and external partners.

• Identify operational issues and escalate concerns through established processes.

• Monitor and track assigned work-in-progress cases.

• Resolve issues while ensuring timely completion of service requests.

• Participate in process improvement initiatives.

• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and Personal Health Information (PHI) requirements.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a high-volume or customer-focused environment.

• 6+ months of healthcare experience.

• High school diploma or GED.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy.

• Strong knowledge of:

    • Customer Service Operations & Case Management

    • Healthcare Insurance Processes & Compliance

    • Data Entry, Reporting & Microsoft Office/Google Suite
