Job Description:
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to drive business development and expand our customer base in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in freight forwarding sales and strong knowledge of local and international logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow revenue across air, sea, and land freight services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare and present customized freight solutions to clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management.
- Collaborate with operations and pricing teams to create competitive proposals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Participate in networking events, exhibitions, and industry forums to build brand visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in freight forwarding/logistics in the UAE.
- Strong portfolio of clients in the freight and logistics sector.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Deep understanding of Incoterms, shipping procedures, and international trade.
- Valid UAE driving license.
Preferred:
Bilingual (English & Arabic).
Experience with Dubai Trade, JAFZA, and free zone procedures.
