Job Description: As a Sales Executive, you will be a crucial part of our sales team, responsible for promoting and selling our diverse range of real estate properties to potential clients. Your excellent communication skills, in-depth knowledge of the real estate market, and ability to build strong relationships will be key in achieving your sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively seek out and identify potential clients interested in real estate investment opportunities.
  • Provide expert advice and information about the company’s properties, including features, benefits, and investment potential.
  • Conduct property viewings and tours with potential buyers, highlighting the unique selling points of each property.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to offer tailored property solutions.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous experience in real estate sales is preferred, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • UAE nationals or individuals of North Indian origin with substantial UAE real estate experience are preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and understand their requirements.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals in a competitive market.
  • Self-motivated and driven with a passion for sales and real estate.
  • Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market trends is an advantage.
  • A valid UAE driving license is preferred.
