Sales Coordinator Civil Works

Requirements:

• The Candidate Should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and coordination with the construction field more advantage
• The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree or a related field required
• The candidate should have in-depth knowledge and understanding of the pipeline activities for sales and coordination in civil works activities.
• The candidate should have an aptitude in problem-solving and excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ensure the adequacy of sales-related enquires, respond to complaints from customers, and give after-sales support when requested.
• Candidates should have in-depth knowledge about the preparation of Quotation and Submittals, PQ, Tenders, Materials, and Submittals, etc.
• Knowledge in Aconex System, Online Bidding Auction, Portal Registration, etc.
• The ability to do multitask, work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities
• Integrity and confidentiality.
