Sales Associate required in Dubai

They have to be open to relocating to any of our 16 stores. We have stores in all the emirates except Um Al Quwain.
It is not a sedentary job. It is a standing job (somebody with non-retail experience needs to understand this- 9 hours standing job)
There are shifts involved (break shifts and straight shifts). In a week, they can witness any shift.
Once they join they have to be open to relocation which means their store location could change post joining (inter or intra emirate)
It is a 6 day a week job. Thursday through Saturday No Weekly off. Weekly off is one day between Sundays through Wednesday.
Salary is AED 2200 + Incentives (which may vary between AED 300-1000 depending on the profile and upon achievement of store targets. If they ask what is the profile, then it depends whether its furniture sales /accessories). The company does not provide accommodation.
Should they ask about Overtime, let them know it is either compensated as a weekly off once the overtime hours get accumulated or they are paid as overtime.
