Description:
A Dubai-based organization operating within Jebel Ali Free Zone (JAFZA) is currently hiring a professional and well-presented Receptionist to join their front office team. The role requires strong communication skills and prior exposure to free zone operational procedures, particularly gate pass management.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring smooth visitor handling, and coordinating access procedures in compliance with JAFZA regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage front desk operations and professionally welcome all visitors
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries efficiently
• Create and manage visitor and gate passes using the JAFZA portal system
• Coordinate with internal departments and security teams for visitor access
• Maintain accurate visitor logs and ensure compliance with entry protocols
• Provide administrative and clerical support when required
• Ensure a professional and organized reception area at all times
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk executive in the UAE is required
• JAFZA experience is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience in gate pass issuance (visitors, vendors, drivers)
• Strong communication skills in English (Tagalog speakers only requirement as per employer)
• Well-groomed, presentable, and professional attitude
• Ability to multitask and handle front office responsibilities efficiently
• Immediate availability will be considered an advantage
