Description:
Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced HubSpot Administrator to manage and optimize its EV Connect HubSpot portal, supporting commercial operations and internal teams across business functions. This role is responsible for ensuring the CRM platform is efficiently structured, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical HubSpot expertise with a deep understanding of revenue operations, data governance, and automation processes to support sales, marketing, and client experience teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, maintain, and optimize the EV Connect HubSpot CRM portal
• Design, implement, and refine pipelines and automation workflows to improve business efficiency
• Develop and manage custom objects to support specific business requirements
• Create and maintain sequences, forms, lists, dashboards, and reporting systems
• Ensure data integrity and consistency across CRM systems and integrations
• Provide technical support, training, and guidance to internal users and stakeholders
• Enforce CRM standards including data definitions, structure, and required fields
• Conduct regular system audits to maintain data quality and platform performance
• Act as a governance gatekeeper for CRM changes, ensuring scalability and alignment
• Collaborate with leadership teams to align CRM architecture and strategy
• Stay updated with HubSpot features and industry best practices to enhance system performance
Requirements:
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in HubSpot administration
• Strong understanding of B2B revenue operations and go-to-market workflows

• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and process governance
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively
