Description:

Alignerr is currently seeking skilled writers, editors, and language professionals to join as Content & Literature Reviewers for AI training projects. This fully remote and flexible opportunity allows professionals to apply their expertise in English language and literature to evaluate and refine AI-generated written content.

The role focuses on improving the quality, clarity, and coherence of AI-produced text while ensuring it meets professional editorial and linguistic standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and evaluate AI-generated essays, prose, and written content for quality and coherence
• Assess literary analysis, critical writing, and language-based AI outputs for accuracy
• Identify and report issues related to tone, grammar, structure, and argumentation
• Provide structured, detailed feedback to improve AI writing performance
• Evaluate translations and cross-cultural content for fluency and natural expression
• Edit and refine AI-generated content to meet professional publishing standards
• Work independently and manage tasks asynchronously on a flexible schedule

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Literature, Linguistics, or Comparative Literature OR 3+ years of relevant experience in editing, publishing, or content strategy
• Strong command of written English with excellent editorial judgment
• Deep understanding of literary techniques, grammar, and language structure
• Ability to provide clear, structured, and analytical feedback
• Comfortable evaluating diverse written content across multiple genres
• Self-motivated with strong time management skills for independent work
• No prior AI experience required

Nice to Have:
• Graduate-level studies in English, Creative Writing, or Linguistics
• Experience in academic publishing, copyediting, or literary criticism
• Familiarity with SEO writing, content strategy, or digital publishing
• Translation or localization experience
• Background in teaching writing or composition
