Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager for OFF Plan properties at Preference Properties LLC. The Sales Manager will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including property sales, client management, conducting market analysis, negotiating deals, maintaining ethical conduct, and property management. The role requires providing consultation and booking tours of new developments in Dubai.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in sales, negotiation, and client management
- Strong knowledge of the UAE Real Estate Market
- Experience in selling OFF Plan Properties
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Fluency in English and Russian language skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
