What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Analyze sales and renewal data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Develop and maintain revenue forecasting models to support business planning
- Collaborate with Sales and Renewals teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of sales and renewal activities in CRM systems
- Partner with Finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- 2+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, financial analysis, or a related role in a SaaS company
- Strong proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-team collaboration
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
