Some key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Reception Team: Supervise and inspire the front-of-house crew to deliver exceptional service and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Guest Experience Guru: Ensure every guest feels like royalty from the moment they step through our doors until their last bite.
- Manage Reservations: Oversee the reservation system, optimising seating arrangements and flow to keep the restaurant buzzing.
- Training & Development: Train new team members in the restaurant’s culture of hospitality, ensuring they embody the company’s values and standards.
- Handle Guest Feedback: Actively listen to guest feedback and address any concerns with a smile, turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
Who Is the Ideal Candidate?
Experience: You have 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role in the hospitality industry, preferably within a lively restaurant setting. Sevenrooms experience is a MUST!
