Hiring Public Relation Officer (PRO) – Healthcare

Location: – Dubai

• Experience: – Min 3 to 5 Years UAE exp from Medical / Healthcare MUST
• Availability :- Immediate available candidates preferred
• Looking for a speaking PRO with proven work experience of a minimum 3- 5 years with Healthcare PRO exp from UAE with valid UAE driving license.

Job Qualification / Requirements:

• Should hold exp in DHA external approval, DHA Inspection Management
• Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and government authorities, including the Ministry of Labor, Immigration, and other relevant departments.
• Handle document attestation and legalization processes as required.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance relationships with government authorities and streamline processes.
• Assist employees with government-related matters, including labour cards, health cards, and Emirates ID.
• Knowledge and Experience in Visa Application and Visa Renewal Processes, renewal of Trade Licenses, Processing and renewal of Civil Defence certificates etc.
• Must be up-to-date about all government digital services.
• Valid UAE driving license is a must.
• Must be able to communicate in Arabic and English (speaking, Typing).
• Good Computer Skills (MS Office).
