We are hiring a Product Manager with banking or Finance domain experience for an IT Solution company in Dubai.

Requirement:

10+ years of work experience in the Banking or Finance domain preferably in FinTech.

Experience in designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-wide solutions in the financial domain.

Having knowledge in strategic planning, research, and development.

Skills Required:

• Experience developing digital solutions for clients in the financial domain.
• Sound knowledge of cross-border payments and anti-money laundering domain.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal formats, with senior executive-level leaders.
• Outstanding problem-solving skills.
• Ability to influence across all organizational levels, particularly senior management.
• Ability to manage process improvement initiatives to optimize operational effectiveness and efficiencies.
• Experience developing and executing communication strategies by collaborating with large, matrixed teams.
