A new healthcare project in Abu Dhabi is looking for experienced and customer-focused Front Desk / Customer Service professionals to join its growing team. This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a healthcare background who are passionate about delivering excellent patient support and ensuring smooth front-office operations.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting patients with registration, appointment scheduling, insurance coordination, and general enquiries while providing outstanding customer service.
