Description:
Epic Eats Hospitality Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join its growing finance team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for accounting professionals who are passionate about the hospitality industry and want to gain experience working with multiple restaurant brands across diverse dining concepts.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on accounting experience within the hospitality sector and a solid understanding of inventory control, financial reporting, and day-to-day accounting operations. Candidates who are currently based in the UAE and available to join immediately will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and invoicing activities.
• Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
• Monitor inventory, stock reconciliation, food costs, and cost control processes.
• Prepare financial reports and assist with daily accounting operations.
• Utilize QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel to maintain financial data and support reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely financial documentation.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of accounting experience.
• Hospitality industry experience in a restaurant, hotel, or catering environment is required.
• Hands-on experience using QuickBooks.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, stock reconciliation, food cost, and cost control.
• Experience in accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), bank reconciliation, bookkeeping, and invoicing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail.
• UAE-based applicants are preferred.
• Immediate joiners will have an advantage.
