We are seeking a skilled and experienced Pest Control Engineer/Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will oversee pest control operations, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and maintain the highest standards of service delivery. This role requires leadership skills, technical expertise, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and Execute Daily Pest Control activities across residential, commercial, and industrial sites.
- Conduct site inspections to assess pest infestations and recommend appropriate treatment methods.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality and UAE pest control regulations.
- Train and mentor pest control technicians, ensuring adherence to safety and operational protocols.
- Monitor inventory of pest control chemicals, equipment, and tools.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records, including service reports and safety documentation.
- Coordinate with clients to address concerns and provide tailored pest control solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest pest control methods, technologies, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Entomology, Agriculture, Environmental Science, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in pest control, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
- Certification from Dubai Municipality or eligibility to obtain it is a must.
- Strong knowledge of pest control chemicals, equipment, and techniques.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
