• Solid 15+ years of experience in organizational design
• Managing organizational design project
• Worked in creations and maintaining positions, levels, etc.
• Job description development and review
• Project management skills
• Arabic and English
• Preferably worked in org design projects in government sector (not a must)

with a subject as the job title.
