Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.
Job Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Operation Executive to join our team in the car rental industry. As the Operation Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our car rental business. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the smooth running of our operations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the car rental business, including vehicle rental, fleet management, customer service, and maintenance.
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure the smooth flow of vehicles in and out of the rental fleet.
- Manage the customer service team to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to ensure the efficient running of the business.
- Monitor vehicle maintenance and coordinate repairs as necessary.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle inventory, rental agreements, and customer data.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate billing and collection of rental fees.
- Ensure that all employees adhere to safety protocols and procedures.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in the car rental industry, with a strong understanding of operations and fleet management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Valid driver’s license.
