What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Maintain processes and policies to respond to high-volume medical records requests and phone inquiries
- Communicate effectively with clinicians and manage a high volume of inquiries related to medical records billing
- Request, obtain, and submit medical records to insurance providers while across departments
- Identify issues and suggest potential improvements in workflows and processes
- Participate in projects beyond day-to-day responsibilities to enhance service delivery
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 – 2 years of experience in health insurance billing or medical records
- Strong verbal communication skills for interaction with clients and team members
- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
- Familiarity with Xifin or CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce)
- Proven ability to manage high volumes of medical record requests efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
- High energy and a commitment to improving patient lives
