What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Communicate with patients and their families to verify demographics and insurance information
- Answer pre-billing questions and assist patients effectively
- Manage inbound and outbound call volume while maintaining excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals
- Process mail and perform skip tracing as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a call center environment
- Proven excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office 365
- High School diploma or equivalent
