Description:
Kerui Group is seeking an experienced Accountant / Finance Professional to join its finance team in Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with extensive experience in accounting, financial reporting, taxation, and compliance within a corporate environment.
The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day financial operations, ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, support business decision-making, and work closely with auditors and tax consultants. Candidates with experience in the manufacturing, oilfield, or oil & gas sectors will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily accounting and financial operations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements, budgets, and cash flow forecasts.
• Oversee banking transactions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Handle UAE VAT, Corporate Tax, and other tax compliance requirements.
• Coordinate annual audits and liaise with external auditors and tax consultants.
• Strengthen internal controls and provide financial insights to support management decisions.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant finance and accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, UAE VAT, and Corporate Tax regulations.
• Experience handling banking matters and tax compliance.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• UAE work experience is preferred.
• Manufacturing, Oilfield, or Oil & Gas industry experience will be an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of:
• International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
• Financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance
