Qualified candidates must have solid property accounting and strategic finance experience with commercial properties to lead the company.

Designation: Finance Manager

Experience: Min.15 years’ experience (Preferably from Real Estate Background)

Qualification & Requirements:

• Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
• Professional Qualification – Chartered Accountant
• Knowledge of lease negotiations, asset management, triple net leases, requisitions for loan disbursements etc.
• Must be well versed with Oracle ERP software
• Advanced computer software skills, including MS Office
