ALMANAR METAL DOORS AND WINDOWS FIXING LLC is currently hiring a skilled and detail-focused Accounts Assistant to join its Dubai-based team. This role is ideal for candidates who can move beyond routine data entry and actively contribute to financial operations with a high level of ownership and accuracy. The position involves working in a dynamic, project-based environment where precision and accountability are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Record and manage daily accounting transactions using QuickBooks
• Independently handle accounts payable and receivable processes
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations and investigate any discrepancies
• Support project-related accounting tasks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and cost control
• Assist in maintaining VAT records and ensuring compliance with UAE regulations
• Prepare financial data and documentation required for reporting and audits
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting or a similar role
• Strong practical knowledge of QuickBooks (mandatory requirement)
• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently, manage responsibilities, and meet deadlines effectively
