Hiring Manager Sales (B2C Retail)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend 8-10 jewelry exhibitions a year under our ARAYA booth
  • Coordinate with show organizers for best location at exhibitions
  • Drive end clients into our private boutique
  • Conceptualize and execute out of the box marketing initiatives to reach our target market
  • Primary performance metric will be sales and conversions of clients
  • Candidate must be well versed with B2C and Retail Sales of high-end jewelry.
  • Interfacing with the Top Management for strategic business decision-making and formulation & implementation of various policies & procedures.
  • Set the roadmap, planning, assessment, review, projections and emerging business opportunities.
  • Assessment and planning on hits & misses, launches of new lines/segments/brands.
  • Contacting potential clients/sellers via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.B2C Retail
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers/sellers.
  • Strategizing year-round sale campaigns keeping in mind market trends/month/occasions.
  • Data analysis for inventory control and ageing analysis with Management Reporting System on the integrated software with team.
  • Driving team towards new concepts/ideas/designs and strategies for curated segments.
  • Developing various brands and ensuring their success and sustainability.
  • Weekly rendering insights into roadmaps, deal progressions and coverage of targets to Sales Leadership Team and ensuring achievement of the same.
  • Streamlining processes to ensure quality output & improved consumer experience; ensuring that strategic objectives are well understood and executed by the team.
  • Reviewing leadership & direction to cross-functional teams, mentoring them in their career growth and organizing on-the-job training for them to enhance their skills.
  • Establish/Project and measure quarterly/half yearly and annual goals to be met.
  • Develop and implement incentive plans and bonus for the team, offsite meets, recreation and regular training to keep the team abreast
  • Leading from the front by presenting jewelry shows to set benchmarks of customer   satisfaction/retention/revenue/hourly margins thus encouraging the team to understand the pulse of the business.
  • Increasing brand visibility and generate queries and leads while conducting promotional activities.
