The selected candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries across multiple communication channels, supporting appointment management, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

• Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
