Description:

Torentify is hiring Remote Customer Enrollment Associates to support clients in understanding and enrolling in benefit and insurance programs. This role is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy working with people, building relationships, and guiding customers through important financial protection decisions.

In this position, you will conduct virtual meetings with clients, explain available benefit options, and assist them through the full enrollment process. The role combines customer service, consultation, and sales, with strong earning potential and opportunities for long-term career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct virtual meetings with clients using Zoom and other online platforms.

• Explain available insurance and benefit programs in a clear and professional manner.

• Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to completion.

• Assist customers in selecting coverage options that best meet their needs.

• Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships.

• Follow up with clients regarding policy updates and service inquiries.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and accounts.

• Generate revenue through successful benefit enrollments and client conversions.

• Participate in training sessions, coaching programs, and virtual team meetings.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. or Canadian citizen.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
