Key Responsibilities:

• Manage warehouse and store operations including inventory control, material handling, and stock accuracy

• Handle receiving, issuing, and tracking of materials, tools, and equipment

• Maintain proper organization of store and ensure smooth day-to-day operations

• Prepare interior design concepts, presentations, and detailed drawings for fit-out projects

• Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, and clients for smooth project execution

• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of inventory and design activities

Requirements:

• 2–3+ years of relevant experience in interior fit-out, construction, or related industry

• Strong understanding of store operations, inventory systems, or interior design processes

• Basic to strong computer skills depending on role applied for

• Strong knowledge of:

• Inventory management and store procedures

• AutoCAD and SketchUp (for Interior Designer role)

• Reporting and documentation systems

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
