Description:
We are looking for a Junior Design Architect with 3-5 years’ experience to join us. The candidate must have a proven experience of working in high-rise buildings & luxury projects. Knowledge of Architectural principles, techniques, and technical detailing is required to execute the Architectural work drawings to acceptable standards.
Requirements
- Degree in Architecture BS (Architecture)
- 3-5 years post-graduate experience in a similar Design Consulting office (at least 3 years in GCE).
- Design or technically focused (were mass recruiting)
- Full working knowledge Revit (BIM) software
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, 3Ds max & Photoshop
- Have an understanding of building construction and detailing
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, organizational and business writing skills
- Knowledgeable in Dubai – Building Code & Regulations and with experience using the authorities’ portal (DM, RTA, DDA, Trakhees…) for online project submission & coordination
