GSM Shipping is hiring Inventory Executive

Location : Jebel Ali Free zone (JAFZA)

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound, outbound and transshipment and prepares invoices.
• Coordinate with overseas vendors/customers, freight forwarders, carriers on delivery dates and pick-ups.
• Monitor and follow-up with suppliers/customers to ensure on-time and accurate shipping document submission.
• Ensuring Supplier and Vendor Invoices are in line with Sales and company agreements.
• Closing of shipment folders by checking if all documents are complete (TOW, Cargo Release order, BOE, BL) to be submitted with finance.
• Take responsibility for the shipment from its origin country until the shipment is delivered to the Warehouse
• WManage archiving of completed shipment files and maintain record keeping.
• Experience in Mirsal 2 and Dubai customs
• Maintain registers and reports for import and export operation

Education Qualification

• Bachelor degree
• Experience: 1- 2 Years experience in same designation
