Due to continued growth, Rexel Emirates LLC are looking for experienced Internal Sales Support. The suitable applicant must have 3-5 years’ experience working within the U.A.E. market.

The Internal Sales is responsible for providing assistance to the Branch Manager and the Sales Team. The role also involves providing professional and efficient service to the Company and our clients.

This position will have access to a range of confidential information and so will require the personal characteristics of discretion and integrity.

Key responsibilities but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for quotations / sales orders processing, will be servicing customers via email and on the phone.
  • Follow through on service, delivery, back orders, and quotes. Ensure that the customer orders are fully understood and met.
  • Maintain professional service standards and presentation of self. Keep systems and records up to date and accurate.
  • Provide high quality customer service and support. Prompt, courteous answering of customer inquiries and convert them to sales orders.
  • Maintain pricing consistency and standards in line with customer and system levels.
  • Ensure customer orders are reviewed, verified, and processed to meet customer and company requirements.
  • Take ownership of customer requests from start to finish. File/maintain all paperwork electronically according to branch requirements.
  • Comply with the company’s Workplace Health and Safety Management System. Operate in a professional manner.
  • Complete any other tasks/duties as required by the manager. Correctly document goods received for credit and referred to management
  • Notify Manager immediately of any problem. Ensure that no goods are dispatched to customer on stop credit.
  • Ensure that goods are only dispatched with invoiced paperwork. Attendance at work is an essential function of this position, and other general tasks as required by the Management Team.

Position(s) are in Abu Dhabi:

  • Main responsibility is for quotations / sales orders processing
  • Electrical Engineering degree preferred
  • Product and application knowledge essential (electrical)
  • Experience with Oil & Gas and Construction sales desired, electrical preferred
