Description:

ConceiveAbilities is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Finance Operations Associate to support financial operations related to client services, invoicing, payments, escrow management, and reporting activities. This role is ideal for a finance professional who enjoys working in a collaborative environment and supporting meaningful client-focused operations.

The successful candidate will manage financial processes, coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders, support accounts payable activities, and assist with financial reporting and audits. The ideal applicant should have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage financial activities related to client journeys, including invoicing, bill payments, and escrow management.

• Create and maintain measurable workflows, checklists, and performance indicators for financial processes.

• Coordinate with clients and vendors to complete financial requests and operational tasks.

• Prepare accurate client invoices and process payments efficiently.

• Conduct regular audits of client escrow accounts.

• Collaborate with Sales, Legal, and Operations teams to resolve financial issues.

• Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

• Assist with annual audits and federal, state, and municipal filings.

• Provide financial analysis and reporting support for management initiatives.

• Cross-train with other members of the finance team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.

• OR minimum 3 years of relevant finance experience in place of a degree.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• Strong Excel skills and experience with financial systems.

• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Salesforce, and Bill.com is a plus.

• Ability to collaborate effectively and solve business problems.
