Daikan Izakaya at Galleria Mall, Abu Dhabi is looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead its team and manage daily restaurant operations. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
The successful candidate will oversee restaurant performance, manage staff, maintain service standards, control costs, and ensure smooth operations. The ideal applicant should have strong operational knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to drive team performance in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide leadership and direction to the restaurant team while promoting teamwork and high performance.
• Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Recruit, train, and evaluate staff performance while implementing effective training programs.
• Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by addressing guest concerns and improving dining experiences.
• Manage budgets, control operational costs, and support revenue growth initiatives.
• Monitor inventory levels and supervise ordering processes.

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar leadership position within the hospitality industry.
