Novikov Abu Dhabi is seeking motivated, passionate, and hardworking Junior Waiters / Waitresses to join its front-of-house team. The restaurant is looking for enthusiastic individuals who are eager to build their careers in a high-end fine dining environment and contribute to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide attentive and professional food and beverage service to guests.
• Assist senior waitstaff in daily restaurant operations.
• Ensure tables are properly set and maintained according to fine dining standards.
• Take orders accurately and deliver them efficiently to the kitchen.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
• Support in delivering a high-quality guest experience at all times.
• Follow restaurant service standards and safety guidelines.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in high-end or fast-paced restaurant environments is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
