An excellent opportunity is available for an experienced HSE Manager to join a high-rise building project in Dubai, UAE. The role is ideal for a highly skilled health, safety, and environmental professional with extensive UAE construction experience and a strong background in managing safety on complex building projects.

The successful candidate will lead site safety operations, implement HSE policies, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards. Immediate joiners with strong leadership capabilities and fluency in Arabic are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all health, safety, and environmental activities on the project site.

• Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and safety programs.

• Conduct risk assessments, safety inspections, and incident investigations.

• Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and project safety standards.

• Monitor site activities and promote a strong safety culture among project teams.

• Provide HSE guidance, training, and support to employees and contractors.

• Prepare safety reports and maintain accurate HSE documentation.

• Coordinate with project management to ensure safe and efficient project execution.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant HSE experience.

• Proven experience on high-rise building or construction projects is mandatory.

• UAE construction experience is mandatory.

• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
