Description:
Wingstop UAE is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead the daily operations of its restaurant in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a results-driven hospitality professional with a strong background in the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry and a passion for operational excellence.
The successful candidate will oversee restaurant performance, lead and develop the team, manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations, and ensure outstanding customer service while achieving business goals. Applicants must currently be available in the UAE to be considered for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the overall operations and performance of the restaurant.
• Lead, coach, and motivate restaurant staff to achieve operational excellence.
• Manage front-of-house (FOH) and back-of-house (BOH) operations efficiently.
• Monitor sales performance, labor costs, food costs, and restaurant KPIs.
• Ensure high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
• Implement operational procedures and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Resolve customer concerns and support continuous business improvement.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or General Manager.
• Previous Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) experience is mandatory.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Experience managing both FOH and BOH operations.
• Excellent knowledge of sales management, cost control, and restaurant KPIs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Must currently be available in the UAE.
