Qualification & Experience:

• Diploma/Graduate in any discipline with NEBOSH certification.

Requirement:

• Knowledge of standard safety practices and regulations.
• QHSE policy awareness.
• Ability to contribute to the effectiveness of the QHSE management system.
• Understanding the benefits of improved quality performance.
• Awareness of the implications of non-conforming with the QHSE management system requirements.

Key Responsibilities & Authorities:

• Compliance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with Health & Safety requirements stipulated by respective laws.
• Emergency Preparedness: Ensure emergency preparedness and response.
• Safety Inspections: Conduct safety inspections of work areas and work methods.
• Incident Recording: Record and maintain all accident, incident, and near-miss reports within the organization.
• Checklists: Prepare daily site inspection checklists.
• High-Risk Activities: Monitor high-risk work activities such as confined space entry.
• HSE Training: Conduct HSE induction and orientation trainings for all employees.
• Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HSE reports.
• Protective Equipment: Provide and ensure the proper use of appropriate safety and protective equipment for all employees at the work site.
• Work Environment: Ensure a safe and healthy working environment for employees, including vehicle safety.
• Safety Awareness: Promote safety awareness among workers through safety posters and thoughts.
• Record Maintenance: Ensure that all records for vehicles, drivers, electrical equipment, etc., are maintained and updated regularly.
