Contract – Long Term

Location – Dubai
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Head to lead our HR team and oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The HR Head will be responsible for developing HR strategies and providing sound advice to senior management on all related subjects. This position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and the ability to implement HR programs and policies effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
- Nurture a positive working environment and culture by promoting communication, collaboration, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintain employee records and manage HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems).
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HR Head, HR Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices, including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and HR legal requirements.
- Experience in strategic planning and implementation.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Degree in Human Resources Management or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Professional certification e.g., SHRM-SCP or CIPD level 7.
