Description:
Minar Holdings is seeking a responsible and proactive Welfare Officer to join its team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time position is ideal for candidates who are passionate about supporting employee wellbeing and creating a positive working and living environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for handling employee welfare matters, coordinating engagement activities, monitoring accommodation standards, and working closely with HR and other departments to ensure employees receive the support they need.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and follow up on employee grievances and welfare concerns.
• Plan and coordinate employee engagement programs and activities.
• Monitor employee accommodation and welfare facilities.
• Supervise and manage housekeeping activities.
• Coordinate with HR and other departments on employee welfare matters.
• Maintain accurate welfare records and prepare related reports.
Requirements:
• Relevant UAE experience in employee welfare, accommodation management, or HR support is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage employee welfare matters professionally and confidentially.
• Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
