Zillow is seeking a Senior Analyst, Revenue Billing Operations to join its remote finance operations team in the United States. The role focuses on ensuring accurate and efficient billing processes for enterprise products across multiple financial and operational systems.
The selected candidate will play a key role in managing end-to-end billing operations, working closely with Finance, Engineering, Sales, and Support teams to resolve billing issues, improve system workflows, and enhance overall financial accuracy. Key Responsibilities:
• Execute end-to-end billing processes using Zuora, including recurring billing, adjustments, and invoice generation
• Manage subscriptions, billing workbooks, and reconciliation processes across systems
• Handle billing case intake and resolution using Salesforce
• Perform data validation, discrepancy analysis, and corrective actions
• Partner with Finance, Engineering, and IT teams on billing system integrations and enhancements
• Identify automation and AI-driven improvements for billing operations
• Mentor junior team members and support operational excellence initiatives
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in B2B billing operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
• Strong experience with:
• Zuora billing and subscription management
• Salesforce case management and billing workflows
• Advanced Excel and large dataset analysis
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (Finance, Sales, Support, Engineering)
• Familiarity with:
• Billing system integrations (e.g., Sage Intacct)
• SOX compliance documentation
• AI/automation in finance operations
