Description:
Hiring Senior accountant preferably a Male candidate who has 5+ years progressive experience to be based in Dubai (AL Quoz) should be able to handle the following job roles:-
Annual statutory accounts preparation and management of annual audits
Prepare and present monthly management accounts
Submitting quarterly VAT returns
Carrying out bank reconciliations on a monthly basis, budgets and forecasts and submit reports to Senior Management
Maintaining & updating fixed asset records
Managing company & project cash flow, bank balances & provide reporting and budgeting as required by Senior Management
Financial forecasting and risk analysis
Dealing with insolvency cases
Negotiating the terms of business deals and moves with clients, suppliers and associated organizations.
Responsible for the accounting operations of the company
Communicate routinely with Project Managers on a variety of project related topics such as contract agreements, payments, project invoicing, completion status, reviewing and analyzing job cost estimates and reports monthly etc.
Work with outside accounting/financial firms on monthly close-out procedures
