Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and well-connected Sales Manager – HORECA with a strong background in dealing with luxury and five-star hotels across Dubai. The role involves introducing our premium eggs brand to executive chefs, purchasing departments, and food & beverage managers in leading hospitality chains. The ideal candidate must already have access to key decision-makers and be capable of arranging high-level meetings for company officials.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach purchase managers, chefs, and F&B heads in 4-star and 5-star hotels.
- Secure meetings and presentations for senior company officials.
- Develop long-term relationships with key hospitality clients and luxury hotel groups.
- Create and implement a sales pipeline for egg and chilled product listings in hotel kitchens.
- Gather market intelligence and competitor activity reports in the HORECA sector.
- Represent the company in a professional manner during appointments and food trials.
Requirements
- Minimum 4–6 years of proven HORECA sales experience in Dubai.
- Strong existing network with purchase managers, chefs, and hotel procurement departments.
- Preferable background in eggs, dairy, chilled, or perishable food categories.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- UAE driving license required.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
