Key Responsibilities:
• Lead assigned workstreams from discovery and planning through implementation, testing, documentation, and handoff.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, marketing, operations, data, and business teams.
• Design workflows, operational processes, and analytical solutions to solve business challenges.
• Document decisions, operating procedures, assumptions, trade-offs, and project risks.
• Analyze data to improve operational performance, quality, and business efficiency.
• Communicate project progress, recommendations, and potential issues with minimal supervision.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Revenue Operations, CRM systems, Salesforce, HubSpot, and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong ownership and accountability.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced technology consulting environment.
• Excellent analytical, documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience supporting SaaS, fintech, marketing technology, healthcare technology, data platforms, or enterprise software environments is preferred.
• Experience working with distributed teams and asynchronous workflows is an advantage.
