Description:

MaryRuth’s is seeking a data-driven and creative Jr. Media Buyer to join its Growth team. This remote opportunity is ideal for marketing professionals with experience in paid media campaigns and performance advertising across emerging digital platforms. Applicants located within Eastern Standard Time or Central Standard Time are preferred.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior media buying and creative teams to plan, launch, optimize, and analyze advertising campaigns. This role focuses on driving measurable results across platforms such as TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and other emerging channels while supporting the company’s mission of promoting health and wellness through high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage paid media campaigns across TikTok, Pinterest, Snapchat, and emerging advertising platforms.

• Collaborate with the Senior Media Buyer and Creative Strategist on campaign planning and creative development.

• Monitor advertising performance and analyze key metrics including ROI, CPA, conversions, and campaign efficiency.

• Prepare reports and provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.

• Define campaign goals, KPIs, audience targeting strategies, and media selections.

• Work closely with Brand, UGC, and Video Editing teams to ensure alignment with brand standards and marketing trends.

• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external technology partners regarding campaign performance and planning.

• Ensure compliance with advertising, merchant, and platform-specific requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of media buying experience; CPG or consumer brand experience preferred.

• Experience developing creative strategies supported by performance data.

• Familiarity with platforms such as NorthBeam, Prescient, Motion, or similar analytics tools.

• Proven ability to optimize campaigns and achieve performance objectives.

• Strong experience with TikTok advertising; experience with TikTok Shop, Pinterest, and Snapchat is a plus.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Strong knowledge of:

    • Paid social advertising and media buying

    • Audience targeting, testing, and campaign optimization

    • Performance analytics, reporting, and ROI measurement
