Description:
A prestigious luxury fashion retail brand in Dubai is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join its talent acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional with a strong background in retail recruitment who can identify and attract high-quality talent in a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to onboarding successful hires. The role requires exceptional communication skills, strong sourcing expertise, and the ability to deliver an outstanding candidate experience while supporting the company’s hiring objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for retail, sales, and store-based positions.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate the selection process with HR and store management.
• Manage job advertisements, recruitment databases, and hiring platforms.
• Ensure candidates align with the company’s brand values and customer service standards.
• Provide a professional and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably within retail, fashion, or luxury sectors.
• Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
• Understanding of high-volume and customer-facing retail recruitment.
• Knowledge of the UAE/GCC recruitment market is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English is required; additional language skills are an advantage.
