Description:

Bashira Specialized Medical Center is currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join its healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. This opportunity is ideal for nursing professionals who are passionate about delivering quality patient care and contributing to a supportive clinical environment.

Candidates with previous psychiatry nursing experience will be given preference; however, freshers within the UAE are also encouraged to apply, provided they possess the required home country nursing experience and meet licensing requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with patients and healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of care, patient safety, and effective communication throughout the treatment process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care in accordance with clinical standards and protocols

• Monitor patient conditions and maintain accurate medical records

• Assist physicians and healthcare teams in patient treatment and care plans

• Support patients with compassion, professionalism, and empathy

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Educate patients and families regarding healthcare procedures and care plans

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

Requirements:

• DOH Licensed Registered Nurse or DOH Eligibility Holder

• Psychiatry nursing experience preferred

• Freshers in the UAE may apply

• Minimum nursing experience in the home country is mandatory

• Preferably candidates holding dependent, spouse, golden, or own visa

• Strong communication and patient care skills

• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team

• Strong knowledge of:
