Description:

Nen Creative is looking for an organized and motivated Operations Associate to support the systems and workflows behind its growing creative studio. This role is ideal for early-career professionals who enjoy solving problems, improving processes, and taking ownership of important business operations.

The selected candidate will work closely with leadership and the Finance & Operations team across recruiting, finance administration, internal systems, and process improvement initiatives. This opportunity offers exposure to multiple areas of a fast-growing company with opportunities to build skills and take on greater responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage internal tools and systems including Google Workspace, Slack, Figma, GitHub, Monday, and other platforms.

• Support client invoicing processes, including invoice preparation, payment tracking, and follow-ups.

• Coordinate vendor onboarding, payment requests, contracts, insurance documents, and business workflows.

• Create and maintain SOPs, dashboards, trackers, and internal documentation.

• Support recruiting operations, interview scheduling, hiring plans, and candidate tracking.

• Assist with company-wide initiatives and operational improvements.

• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive tasks and improve workflow efficiency.

• Handle new operational challenges and develop practical solutions.

Requirements:

• 0–2 years of work experience; startup or fast-growing company experience is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to take ownership of tasks and complete projects independently.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

• Ability to solve problems proactively without requiring constant direction.

Strong knowledge of:

    • Business operations and administrative processes.

    • Digital workplace tools and workflow management systems.
