Avsar Global is hiring an experienced IT Officer on behalf of a leading company in the IT distribution industry based in JAFZA, Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for IT professionals seeking to advance their careers in a dynamic and technology-driven work environment.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience in IT support, Microsoft 365 administration, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing user access, and maintaining IT assets. Candidates with additional knowledge of Microsoft Exchange, Azure, or Arabic language skills will have an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide day-to-day IT support to end users and resolve technical issues.
• Administer Microsoft 365 accounts and manage user access permissions.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related problems.
• Maintain and monitor IT assets, devices, and equipment.
• Support IT operations while ensuring system reliability and security.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or IT operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration.
• Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Experience with user access management and IT asset maintenance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange or Microsoft Azure is an advantage.
